You can sign in to the Board Portal using a Board Portal URL or by logging into your organization's Agenda and Meeting Management Select, formerly CivicClerk, website. This article will show you the two ways to sign in to the Agenda and Meeting Management Select Board Portal.
Important Notes
- If an Agenda and Meeting Management Select administrator has already created an account for you, you should have received an email prompting you to log into the system.
- Your account must be set up with permission to access the Board Portal before you can sign into it. If you do not have access to Board Portal but believe you should, please contact your administrator.
- We recommend that Board Portal users sign in to the Board Portal using the Board Portal URL for ease of use. You can create a shortcut or browser bookmark to your organization's Board Portal URL to quickly navigate to the sign-in screen. If you are not able to identify your organization's Board Portal URL, please reach out to your administrator or contact Support.

Sign In to the Board Portal Using a Board Portal URL
- Navigate to your organization's Board Portal URL
Note: Your organization's Board Portal URL closely follows the URL of its Agenda and Meeting Management Select website. For example, if your Agenda and Meeting Management Select URL is https://examplecity.v8.civicclerk.com/, your Board Portal URL will be https://examplecity.civicclerk.com/BoardView. We recommend that you create a shortcut or browser bookmark to your organization's Board Portal URL for easy access.
If you are not able to identify your organization's Board Portal URL, please reach out to your administrator or contact Support.
- Enter your email address in the Email field
Notes:- Click the Remember me checkbox to have the browser save your sign-in information for future logins if desired.
- If your organization does not use a Custom Identity Provider, you can bypass the Email field and use an external sign-in service to sign in instead, if desired. In this case, you should follow the on-screen sign-in prompts until you are redirected to your Board Portal home page as depicted in Step 6.
- Click the Remember me checkbox to have the browser save your sign-in information for future logins if desired.
- Click Continue
Note: If your organization uses a Custom Identity Provider for Agenda and Meeting Management Select sign-ins, you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen after clicking Continue. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to your Board Portal home page as depicted in Step 6. - Enter your password in the Password field
Note: If you have forgotten your password for CivicPlus Single Sign-On, follow the directions in the Forgot a Password article for instructions on how to reset it. - Click Sign In
Note: The system will lock out a user if they reach 5 failed login attempts. Once the account locks, it will remain locked for 30 minutes. You may wait 30 minutes to try again or reset your password for faster access. - You will be directed to your Board Portal home page
Sign In to the Board Portal from Your Agenda and Meeting Management Select Website
- Navigate to your organization's Agenda and Meeting Management Select website
Note: If you do not know the URL for your organization's Agenda and Meeting Management Select website, please reach out to your administrator or contact Support. - Enter your email address in the Email field
Notes:- Click the Remember me checkbox to have the browser save your sign-in information for future logins if desired.
- If your organization does not use a Custom Identity Provider, you can bypass the Email field and use an external sign-in service to sign in instead, if desired. In this case, you should follow the on-screen sign-in prompts until you are redirected to your dashboard as depicted in Step 6.

- Click Continue

Note: If Board Portal does not appear in your User Menu drop-down, it is possible that your account has not been given access to this section of the website. If you do not have access to Board Portal but believe you should, please contact your administrator. - You will be directed to your Board Portal home page
