This article will show you how to subscribe and unsubscribe from Public Portal notifications.
Subscribe to Public Portal Notifications
- Navigate to your municipality's Public Portal
Note: The layout and display of your municipality's Public Portal will depend on the customizations that have been implemented. - Click the Sign In button if you are not already signed in
Note: If you are already signed in to the Public Portal, skip to step 5. - If you already have a CivicPlus Single Sign-On account, follow the on-screen prompts to sign in to your Public Portal
- If you do not have a CivicPlus Single-Sign On account, click the Sign Up link to create a new account
- Click the Subscriptions button once you are signed in to the Public Portal
- A Subscriptions Management popup will appear
- Click the toggle next to a Meeting Type name that is toggled off to subscribe to email notifications for that meeting type
- You have subscribed to the selected notifications
- Repeat steps 7 and 8 as necessary to subscribe to additional notifications
Unsubscribe from Public Portal Notifications
- Navigate to your municipality's Public Portal
Note: The layout and display of your municipality's Public Portal will depend on the customizations that have been selected. - Click the Sign In button if you are not already signed in
Note: If you are already signed in to the Public Portal, skip to step 4 - Follow the on-screen prompts to sign in to your Public Portal
- Click the Subscriptions button once you are signed in to the Public Portal
- A Subscriptions Management popup will appear
- Click the toggle next to a Meeting Type name that is toggled on to unsubscribe from email notifications for that meeting type
- You have unsubscribed from the selected notifications
- Repeat steps 6 and 7 as many times as necessary to unsubscribe from additional notifications
