This article will show you how to view individuals' appointments in the Boards and Committees module.
Important Note
This article provides instructions on how to view current and past appointments and how to make some edits to past appointments. For comprehensive instructions on how to manage appointments, view our Add and Manage Board Roster Members in Boards and Committees article.
View a Current or Past Appointment
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the User Menu, then click the Boards and Committees option
- Click the People tab
- Click the name of the person whose appointments you wish to view
- Navigate to the Appointments tab
- View the person's Current Appointment(s) at the top of the screen, if applicable
- Scroll past the person's current appointment(s) to view their Past Appointment(s) if applicable
Edit a Past Appointment
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the User Menu, then click the Boards and Committees option
- Click the People tab
- Click the name of the person whose appointments you wish to view
- Navigate to the Appointments tab
- Scroll to the Past Appointments section
- Click the Edit button to the right of the past appointment you wish to update
- Update the Past Appointments fields as desired
- Board: Select the board or committee that applies to this appointment
- Status: Select the status of the person
- Position/Seat: Auto-generates position number for this appointment
- Appointed By: Choose who/what appointed this person
- Term: Select the term that this appointment applies to
- Role: Select the role of the person
- Appointment Date: Enter or update the date of appointment
- Term Start/End Date: Enter or update the start date and end date of this term
- Resignation Date: Enter or update the date of resignation (if applicable)
- Note: Enter or update any additional notes
- Click the Save button to save your changes
- The past appointment has been saved
Delete a Past Appointment
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the User Menu, then click the Boards and Committees option
- Click the People tab
- Click the name of the person whose appointments you wish to view
- Navigate to the Appointments tab
- Scroll to the Past Appointments section
- Click the Edit button to the right of the past appointment you wish to delete
- Click the Delete button
- Click the OK button on the pop-up that appears to confirm the deletion
- The past appointment has been deleted
