The Text Snippets feature allows you to insert words or phrases into your Items or Minutes from a pre-determined list of text snippets, rather than having to type text repeatedly. This article will show you how to add new Text Snippets.
Instructions
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the User Menu, then click the Settings option
- Click the Meetings tile
- Click the Text Snippets tile under the Templates heading
- Click the Delete button (red trashcan icon) next to the text snippet you wish to delete
- Click the Delete [Type] Snippet button on the pop-up that appears to confirm the deletion
