Overview
The Text Snippets feature allows you to insert words or phrases into your Items or Minutes from a pre-determined list of text snippets, rather than having to type text over and over. This article will show you how to add new Text Snippets.
Instructions
- Navigate to User Menu > Settings
- Select Meetings
- Select Text Snippets
- Select the Edit tool (pencil icon) next to the text snippet you want to edit
- Modify the snippet
- Snippet Name: Edit the name of the Snippet Title as it appears in the list
- Snippet Text: Edit the content of the Snippet Text as it appears in the list
- Select Save Changes
