This article will help you change your Password.
- Navigate to the User Menu > Preferences
- Click the CivicPlus Platform link
- Note: You cannot update your password on the CivicClerk site. You must navigate to your CivicPlus Platform Account Settings.
- The link will take you to your CivicPlus Account Settings, click Reset Password
- Type in your new Password and Confirm Password by entering it again, click Submit to change your password
