Add a Signature Image

This article will show you how to add a Signature Image to your profile.

 

Important Note

Your signature image must be:

  • File Type: .PNG, .GIF, .JPB, .BMP, or .TIF
  • Size: 80 pixels by 180 pixels (height by width)

 

Instructions

 

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already
  2. Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Preferences option

  4. Click the Upload Image button under the "My Signature" image header

  5. Select and Open the Signature Image File from your computer's File Explorer

  6. Click the Save Changes button

  7. Click the Ok button on the Successfully Save! pop-up that appears

  8. Your signature email has been updated
