This article will show you how to use the Search function.
Instructions
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Ensure that you are viewing your Dashboard homepage
Note: You can perform a search from the Meetings and Events modules as well. - Click the Search bar
- Enter keywords into the Search bar to perform a simple search
- Or click the Advanced Search option to run a more complex search
- Select and apply the desired Advanced Search filters
- Search: Like a simple Google search, input keywords to find items
- Tags: Enter or select a tag to only find items with that tag
- Module: Select to only find items from a specific module
- User/Originator: Select to only view items created by a specific user
- Start Date: Select a Start Date to only view items occurring after a specific date

End Date: Select an End Date to only view items occurring before a specific date
Note: You can also select predetermined Date Ranges, including Today, Yesterday, Last Seven Days, Last Thirty Days, This Month, and Last Month.
- Click the green, rectangular Search button to run the search, or click the blue, rectangular Clear Filters button to reset the search filters
- All Results found will appear below the Search bar row of Advanced Search filters
Note: If you have applied Advanced Search filters, you may see additional options to further narrow down the Results found by type.
- Show All: Show all result types
- Agendas: Show only agendas
- Items: Show only items
- Agenda Files: Show only agenda files
- Attachments: Show only attachments
