I really like the tags for helping us to identify which Council priority an item falls under (infrastructure, quality of life, responsible government, etc.). However, the tags are of no use for board members and citizens. Please add tags as a search option in both the public portal and the board portal. Thank you!
Hi Krystal Townsend,
Thank you for your feedback! Since your recommendation is for a product enhancement, it might fit better in the Feature Requests section of our Help Center Community where our Product team can review it.
I have gone ahead and copied it over and tagged you in the post. Just in case you don't receive a notification email, you can also find the request here: Add Tags as a Public Portal and Board Portal Search Option.
