This article will show you how to create an Item Report.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Meetings module
- Select the Agenda the item is currently on
- Select the Item
- Select View and choose Item Files
Note: The default view is Item Fields. - Select Create/Upload Report
- Select Upload to upload a report from your computer
- Item Report Name: Add a name for the report
- Include in Packet: Check to include the report in the agenda packet
- Drop or Select File to Upload: Drag and drop or click to upload a file from your computer
- Select Create to create a new item report
- Item Report Name: Enter a name for your report (required)
- Item Report Design: Select a report template from the drop-down menu
- Item Report Word Design: Select a pre-existing Word Template or a Blank Document
- Include In Packet: Check the box to include the item report in your agenda packet
- Select Create File
- Your Item Report will now appear on the Item Files page
