Overview
The Trash Can feature allows you to restore deleted agendas, items, and events, similar to the Recycle Bin feature on your computer. Deleted content remains in your trash can for 30 days, and within that time frame, you can choose to either Restore or Permanently Delete content. This feature also provides you with a complete record of all deleted content information, including content type, content name, helpful information, who deleted it, when it was deleted, and how many days it will be in the Trash Can.
This article will show you how to use the Trash Can feature of your Site Settings.
Instructions
- Navigate to User Menu > Settings
- Select Meetings
- Select Trash Can
- Locate a deleted Agenda, Item, or Event
- You can permanently delete your selection from the Trash Can by choosing the Permanently Delete button (red trash can icon)
- Select Delete [Content Type] on the pop-up to confirm
- Permanently deleted selections will appear in the Permanently Deleted list
- Select Delete [Content Type] on the pop-up to confirm
- Or, restore your selection by choosing the Restore button (refresh arrow icon)
- Select Restore [Content Type] to confirm
- Your restored item will now reappear in the relevant module
- Select Restore [Content Type] to confirm
