This article will show you how to publish Agenda Files to the Public Portal.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Meetings module
- Select the Agenda containing the files you wish to publish
- Select View: Agenda and select Agenda Files from the drop-down list
- Select Publish to publish agenda files (including Agendas, Packets, and Minutes)
- Fill in the Publish fields
- Publish to:
- Public Portal: Ensure this option is selected to publish files to the public portal
- Board Portal: Select this option to publish files to the board portal instead of the public portal
- Agenda to Publish: Select an agenda to publish if needed
- Not Published: Will not publish
- Published: Will publish after you select Publish
- Publish on Date: Will publish on a specified future date
- Send Email Notifications: Select to send email notifications to users
- Packet to Publish: Select a packet to publish if needed
- Minutes to Publish: Select minutes to publish, if needed
- Notice to Publish: Select a notice to publish, if needed
- Other to Publish: Select other files to publish, if needed
- Publish to:
- Select Publish to publish the selected files
- Your published files will now appear in the Published list
