This article is a brief guide on the Agenda page and editing tools.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Meetings module
- Select an Agenda
- View the agenda page to access all editing functions
- Edit Agenda Settings: Select to edit agenda details
- Agenda Name: Name of the agenda
- Linked Event: Event associated with the agenda
- Meeting Date/Time: Auto-fills with the event date and time
- Cut-Off Date/Time: Last date and time users can add items to the agenda
- Agenda Finalized: Yes or No
- Template: Select a template for your agenda
- Type of Meeting: Auto-fills with the agenda type
- Delete: Delete the agenda
Note: You can retrieve deleted agendas with the Trash Can feature. - Agenda Unlocked/Locked: Locks or unlocks the agenda
- Select: Click to Use Bulk Actions on an Agenda
- Copy: Select to copy all selected items
- Move: Move all selected items to another agenda
Note: Select to add notes to all selected items. - Script: Click to add a script to multiple items
- Layout: Select to edit the layouts of multiple items
- Delete: Choose to delete multiple items
- Reorder: Select to Edit Section and Item Order
- Create: Add new sections or items
- View: Click to change the agenda view
- Agenda: View Agenda sections and items
Note: Agenda is the default View. - Agenda Fields: View or edit the custom Agenda Fields applied to meetings of this meeting type
- Agenda Files: Upload, Send, Delete, and publish Agenda Files to Board or Public Portal
- Agenda Attachments: View Agenda Attachments and edit associated items
- Agenda Timeline: View all edits made to the Agenda
- Agenda Preview: Preview your agenda
- Agenda Script Preview: Preview your agenda script
- Agenda: View Agenda sections and items
- Edit Agenda Settings: Select to edit agenda details
