This article will show you how to publish Agenda Files to the Board Portal.
Instructions
- Sign in to the system if you have not already
- Navigate to the Meetings module
- Select the agenda containing the files you wish to publish
- Navigate to the View menu and select the Agenda Files option from the dropdown list
Note: The default view is Agenda. - Scroll to the Published section and click the Publish button
- Click the Board Portal button
Note: A popup will appear any time you switch from a portal with active files to a different portal. Ensure changes to the files in your current portal have been published before clicking the Continue button. - Fill in the information fields

Agenda to Publish: Select an Agenda to publish to the board portal
- Not Published: Will not publish files
- Published: Will publish files immediately
- Publish on Date: Will publish on a selected future date
- Send Email Notifications (appears after "Published" or "Publish on Date" has been selected): Choose whether to send an email notification

Packet to Publish: Select an Agenda Packet to publish to the board portal
- Not Published: Will not publish files
- Published: Will publish files immediately
- Publish on Date: Will publish on a selected future date
- Send Email Notifications (appears after "Published" or "Publish on Date" has been selected): Choose whether to send an email notification

Minutes to Publish: Select Minutes to publish to the board portal
- Not Published: Will not publish files
- Published: Will publish files immediately
- Publish on Date: Will publish on a selected future date
- Send Email Notifications (appears after "Published" or "Publish on Date" has been selected): Choose whether to send an email notification

Agenda to Publish: Select an Agenda to publish to the board portal
- Click the Publish button to publish the selected file(s)
- Your file(s) will now appear in the Published list
