This article will show you how to publish Agenda Files to the Board Portal.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Meetings module
- Select the Agenda containing the files you wish to publish
- Select View and choose Agenda Files from the drop-down list
Note: The default view is Agenda. - Scroll to the Published section and click Publish
- Select Board Portal
Note: A pop-up will appear any time you switch from a portal with active files to a different portal. Ensure changes to the files in your current portal have been published before clicking Continue. - Fill in the information fields
- Agenda to Publish: Select an Agenda to publish to the board portal
- Not Published: Will not publish files
- Published: Will publish files immediately
- Publish on Date: Will publish on a selected future date
- Send Email Notifications: Choose whether or not to send an email notification
- Packet to Publish: Select an Agenda Packet to publish to the board portal
- Minutes to Publish: Select Minutes to publish to the board portal
- Agenda to Publish: Select an Agenda to publish to the board portal
- Select Publish to publish selected file(s)
- Your file(s) will now appear in the Published list
