View All Attachments on an Agenda

This article will show you how to view all attachments on an agenda.

 

Instructions

 

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already
  2. Navigate to the Meetings module
    The Meetings Module option on the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Select the agenda that you wish to add a speaker to

  4. Navigate to the View menu and choose Agenda Attachments from the dropdown list

  5. Publish or Unpublish attachments by clicking the related toggle switch in the On Portal column

    Note: The “Published” toggle controls which attachments show a direct link on the public portal. This does not remove the attachment from the Agenda Packet.
  6. Click on the Edit button (in the Actions column) related to an attachment to change the name of the attachment
