Download Event Media

This article will show you how to download media that is attached to an event.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already
  2. Navigate to the Events module
    The Events module button in the dashboard's left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Select the event associated with the desired media
    An example event card.
    Note: If you are unable to locate your event, ensure your event filters are set to show all events.

  4. Navigate to the View menu and click the Event Media option from the dropdown list

  5. Scroll to the Media File section and click the Download button (computer monitor and down-arrow icon) to the right of the desired media file

  6. The file will automatically download to your computer
