Video Streaming Process

With Live Streaming enabled on a site, when an event is set to "Live," our streaming service is notified to expect an incoming stream signal. This signal can come from either hardware or software, as long as it is transmitted through Real-Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP). Configuration settings necessary for our service to receive the stream will be provided during implementation. When you publish an event, the stream will be accessible on the Public Portal.

 

When an event has ended, simply stop the live event, and the system will automatically upload the streamed media to that event for On-Demand viewing.

Note: Due to the possibility of interruption of the stream, we recommend that you store a local copy of the video to upload into On-Demand Viewing.
