This article will show you how to view the members in a meeting and indicate their Roll Call status, for example, Present, Present Not Voting, Absent, Excused.
Important Notes
- You must have access to the Minutes Module to view or take roll call within the system.
- For instructions on how to incorporate Roll Call into your minutes, view the Record Roll Call section of our Create Meeting Minutes article.
Instructions
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the Meetings module
- Click the Agenda tile for the meeting you wish to view or take Roll Call for
- Click the Go to Minutes button
Note: If your organization uses Live Meeting Manager, you can check the Allow Board Members to join your meeting checkbox if you have not already done so. - Click the Roll Call button
- View the meeting's members
- Hover over a member to select their roll call status manually
- Present/Voting: Mark as present and a voting member
- Present/Not Voting: Present, not a voting member
- Absent: Unexcused absence
- Excused: Excused absence
- Once you have selected a member's roll call status, you can remove or change their status by re-selecting their current status
- You can also select Mark All As Present and Voting to bulk update all statuses
- Click Close once you are done updating member statuses
- Members' roll call statuses will appear updated in the roll call
