Allow Board Members to Join a Meeting

Overview

This article will show you how to activate a meeting by enabling the Allow Board Members to Join setting.

   

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Meetings
    left-hand menu, meetings module
  2. Select the Agenda
    select an agenda
  3. Click Go to Minutes
    go to minutes button
  4. Check Allow Board Members to Join
    allow board members to join checkbox
  5. Board members will have the option to Join Meeting
    select join meeting button
  6. Board members must select a join meeting option and click Save
    meeting options save button
    • Present/Voting: Mark as present and a voting member
    • Present/Not Voting: Mark as present and not a voting member
    • Save: Select save to enter the meeting
