This article will show you how to activate a meeting by enabling the Allow Board Members to Join setting.
- Navigate to Meetings
- Select the Agenda
- Click Go to Minutes
- Check Allow Board Members to Join
- Board members will have the option to Join Meeting
- Board members must select a join meeting option and click Save
- Present/Voting: Mark as present and a voting member
- Present/Not Voting: Mark as present and not a voting member
- Save: Select save to enter the meeting
