This article will show you how to export a view. In the Analytics module, the main data display is called a view. The Analytics module will present a generic default view that you can add filters and data fields to in order to create custom reports which can be shared and exported.
Instructions
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the Analytics module
- Click the Views dropdown list and select a view to export, if desired
- Click the Filters button to add filters, if desired
- Click the Add Filter button
- Type or select a Data Field from the dropdown list
- Type or select a Condition from the dropdown list
- Type or select a Meeting Type from the dropdown list, if applicable
- Click the Apply button
- Click the Add Filter button
- Click the Data Fields button to add custom data fields, if desired
- Select the desired category on the left side of the Edit Columns modal
- Check the checkboxes next to the Data Fields (columns) you desire to add to your view
Note: To view all available data fields for a category, check the Select All checkbox.
- Click the Refresh View button
- Select the desired category on the left side of the Edit Columns modal
- Click the Export View button
- Navigate to the Export to: field, then type or select CSV or XLSX to indicate the desired file type for your exported view
- Click the Export View button
- Your view will export automatically and appear in your computer's Downloads folder
- Click the Cancel button to close the Export View modal
