In the Analytics module, the main data display is called a view. The Analytics module will present a generic default view to which you can add filters and data fields to create custom reports. This article will show you how to create a Custom View.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Analytics module
- Select a Standard View from the Views drop-down list, if desired
- Click Filters to add filters, if desired
- Select Add Filter
- Type or select a Data Field from the drop-down list
- Type or select a Condition from the drop-down list
- Type or select a Meeting Type from the drop-down list
- Select Apply
- Select Add Filter
- Click Data Fields to add custom data fields to your view, if desired
- Check the checkboxes next to the Data Fields (columns) you desire to add to your view
Note: To view all available data fields, check the checkbox next to Select All.
- Click Refresh View
- Check the checkboxes next to the Data Fields (columns) you desire to add to your view
- Select Save View
- Enter a View Name
- Select Private to Me (if not already selected)
- If desired, select the My Default View checkbox to make this the default view of your Analytics module
- Select Save View to save your custom view
- Your custom view will now appear as an option in your Views drop-down under My Saved Views
