View the Item

You can quickly jump from the Agenda Attachments page to the Item Fields page associated with an attachment's item by clicking the item name.

View the Attachment

You can see what an attachment looks like by clicking the attachment name in the Attachment column.

On the PDF (Portable Document Format) Viewer that appears, you can scroll through all pages of the file. You can also print, download, and search the file among other actions.

Published to Public Portal Toggle

Each attachment on the Agenda Attachments page has a Published to Public Portal toggle. If the toggle is green, the attachment will be displayed to the public on the Public Portal.

You can switch the toggle off to prevent the attachment from being displayed to the residents on the Public Portal.

Edit the Attachment Name

You can click the Edit tool (pencil icon) in the Actions column for an attachment to change the attachment's name.

An Edit Attachment Name popup will open and show the current name of the attachment. You can make changes and click the Save button to update the attachment name.
