This article will show you how to preview an item packet for an agenda.

An approver or item creator can review an item packet preview, which contains the item report(s) plus any non-confidential attachments for that item.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Meetings module
   
2. Select the agenda with the item
   
3. Select the relevant item
   
4. Click Actions > Item Preview
   
5. View the Item Preview and any attachments that were uploaded for the item 
   
   
   • Note: Only non-confidential item reports and attachments will be shown in the item packet preview.
