Overview
This article will show you how to configure the display of resolution and/or ordinance numbers and item ID's in the agenda outline.
Instructions
- Navigate to User Menu > Settings
- Select Meetings
- Select Meeting Types
- Locate the Meeting Type that you wish to display Resolution and Ordinance numbering and click Edit (purple pencil icon)
- On the Default Settings Page, scroll down to the Agenda Outline Columns section
- By default, the Item ID is the only option that is selected. You can choose to show Resolution Number, Ordinance Number, and Item ID fields by checking the box(es)
- You may also Edit Order in which you would like the selected options to display on the Agenda Outline page
- To edit the order of the outline columns, drag and drop the items in the desired order and select Apply Order
- To edit the order of the outline columns, drag and drop the items in the desired order and select Apply Order
- Click Save Changes or Save and Exit to confirm and save your changes
- On the Agenda Outline page, you will now see the Resolution, Ordinance, and Item ID preferences you have selected

- Note: Hovering over the number will tell the user which number is being displayed in the column. The selected options will also be visible when using the Select and Reorder functions.
