Have you completed your transition to the new CivicClerk, now Select Agenda and Meeting Management, Public Portal? The new portal experience is available today. With a modernized design, improved accessibility, and new branding options, you won't want to delay getting it into the hands of your public users.
The old Public Portal will remain available until April 1, 2023.
Please see our Announcement for more information on the updated portal experience and how you can complete your transition today!
The Accessibility Portal has been designed with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 A and AA requirements in mind. This portal strips out non-compliant design and navigational elements and provides a simple, easy-to-use, accessible experience. The portal fonts and colors are high contrast for better visibility and all navigational elements are clearly defined and labeled. When a public user clicks on any PDF documents that are published, the portal will automatically convert the document to a more accessible PDF/A document, so no conversion of documents prior to uploading is required.
You can self-generate a link to your Accessibility Portal by inserting your site ID into the following URL:
- clientname.civicclerk.com/web/ADA/ADALanding.aspx
You can find your site ID by looking at your current URL, which should be formatted as clientname.civicclerk.com
Once this link has been generated, it can be placed anywhere on the website to allow access to the accessibility portal.
