Overview
The Agenda Script functionality allows for the creation of an alternative version of the Agenda, which can include optional text for your sections and items. Most commonly this allows for a version of the Agenda that can be presented to the head of the meeting with verbal cues or other important notes that are used to direct the flow of the meeting. Your primary Agenda remains available while using Agenda Script functionality.
Important Notes
- To manage these settings a user must have the “Has Access to Meetings Site Settings” permission in their User Profile.
- Agenda Script uses append functionality exclusively. This means that the system takes your existing Agenda design (what you see when using Agenda Preview) and appends your Script content below every section and item.
- Best Practice Recommendation: Utilize the base Agenda Script Design, provided below in the "Add or Edit Available Agenda Script Designs" section, to start your design. Adjustments can be made to the base template as desired.
