Add Documentation to a Profile
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the User Menu, then click the Boards and Committees option
- Click the People tab
- Click the name of the person with the profile you want to add attachments to
- Click the Documentation tab
- Click the Add Document button
- Fill in the Add Document fields
- File Name: Enter a name for your file

File Type: Select a file type from the drop-down list
Note: The file types available will depend on how you have configured the drop-down options.
- Click the Select File button to locate and select a file on your computer
Note: After selection, two new options will appear: Change and Remove.- Change: Select a new file to replace the existing file
- Remove: Delete the file from the system
- Click the Save button to add the documentation to the profile
- The file will appear in the Documentation tab with new Edit and Action options
View Documentation on a Profile
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the User Menu, then click the Boards and Committees option
- Click the People tab
- Click the name of the person with the profile you want to add attachments to
- Click the Documentation tab
- Click the View button (green monitor icon) to the left of the documentation you wish to view
- The documentation will be downloaded to your device
Edit Documentation for a Profile
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the User Menu, then click the Boards and Committees option
- Click the People tab
- Click the name of the person with the profile you want to add attachments to
- Click the Documentation tab
- Click the Edit button (blue pencil icon) to the left of the documentation you wish to edit
- Update the Add Document fields
- File Name: Update the name of the file if desired

File Type: Select a file type from the dropdown list
Note: The file types available will depend on how you have configured the drop-down options.
- Click the Select File button to locate and select a file on your computer
Note: After selection, two new options will appear: Change and Remove. - Click the Save button to save your changes to the documentation
- The documentation has been updated
Delete Documentation from a Profile
- Sign in to your solution if you have not already
- Navigate to the User Menu, then click the Boards and Committees option
- Click the People tab
- Click the name of the person with the profile you want to add attachments to
- Click the Documentation tab
- Click the Delete button (red trash can icon) to the left of the documentation you wish to delete
- Click the OK button on the pop-up that appears to confirm the deletion
- The documentation has been deleted and will no longer appear in the Documentation tab
